Procedure:
1. Complete Overseas Clearance Form
2. Attach an up to date police clearanve certificate from the country of residence. This certificate is valid for the calendar year in which it is issued, i.e. January to December. This means a new clearance certificate is required every season.
3. Attach a copy of the work permit for the player / coach for the season.
4. Attach a photocopy of passport.
